ISO/IMG files that are stored on the phone can be exposed to a PC like any other USB thumbdrive capabilities.. Store ISO/IMG files on a Android phone, connect the phone to a PC using a USB cable and boot the PC off USB.. Use tools on a PC to burn the USB image, like Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and Rufus.
