26 Nov 2004 Align3_TP is an ImageJ plugin which allows the user to align two image stacks (or two images), by successively aligning 2-dimensional slices, including oblique slices. (The alignment is for radiological data. Scaling in the slice (z) direction facilitates visualization of the data, but is optional for output data.
a simple built-in way is to make a 3D projection movie. This is under "Image > Stacks > 3D Project". There are also a bunch of Plugins which make surface views. One is built in under Plugins > 3D. This is the 3D viewer. There is also the Volume Viewer, which you have to download from the ImageJ Plugins website.
How to make a 3D rendered image with ImageJ. 30 May 2008. K. Uesugi (JASRI / SPring-8). 1. Start "ImageJ" <- The ImageJ should be a newest version. 2. Open CT images as a "sequence". The CT images, must be adjusted their contrast by rec_norm or tif_h2o, should be made as small as possible by cutting, should be
ImageJ. The hyperStack can be projected in Z for all channels and times, however 4D or 5D visualisation is not (yet) possible with the 3D Project command. For 4D visualisation, that is to . both X and Y directions and then combine them to find the norm of the gradient corresponding to the strength of the edges, the angle of

To do so, select 'File' -> 'Import' -> 'Image The 3D Viewer works better when you first convert the stack of a.
22 Mar 2017 A z-series is generally difficult to represent as a 2-D image for publication purposes. A montage will allow the 3-D dataset to be visualized in 2-D, but results in each frame being very small. There are several ways to "flatten" the 3D stack.
