how can i change the shutter speed while shooting Movie in Canon 1100D thanks. You can't, at least not directly. The shutter, aperture, and ISO are set automatically. You can adjust exposure compensation, but the camera will choose whether it does so by changing the shutter, aperture, or ISO.
The 1100D captures 720p video, it does not have continuous auto-focus while filming video; to keep a moving subject in focus the user must either trigger the auto-focus, as when shooting stills, or manually adjust the focus while recording.

ISO is kind of there for exposure how how you are going to set the exposure. I will say you do not want go too far north of let's say 1600 especially on like the Canon T2i then it gets really noisy. Obviosly you are going to need to use aperture along with the ISO to get the right exposure but at least it gets you in the ball park.
