Here is a Thorax designed for a character with all skills at level 3. [Thorax . Lvl 1 missions can be run in nearly anything. It would be harder to make a fit that doesn't work than one that does. as for lvl 2 they are pretty easy once again. the pve fit listed on the eve uni page is a decent low skill fit you can use.

A subreddit devoted to the MMORPG EVE Online. Currently im running level 2's soon to be 3's and have bought myself a vexor as I like to use drones as my source of damage. How ever I am Mission fits are pretty standard stuff, drones, damage amps in the lows, an armor repper, some cap mods, etc.
