This guide was written for new recruits who never experienced the war system on Cybernations. It

Always buy infrastructure, technology and land in bulk (10/10/20 levels respectively), this now a written rule, you'll spend more money if you buy .. So they do.. but I liked the nation building guide on here, and I think it's useful for any nations starting out.

26 Aug 2007 You know what happened? This guy probably pissed off MHA or did something stupid to provoke MHA into attacking him. As a result, he posted the guides and erased MHA's name from it and put NPO on it so NPOers would get pissed and attack MHA. Funny how every NPOer here doesn't even recognize
