The necro leveling guides linked from the p99 wiki are misleading. Here are a couple Many of the guides also say that Charasis (Howling Stones) is a "necromancer soloing heaven" in mid 50's. This all . my guide. There are other spots in Faydwer, Odus, and Kunark which can also be great experience.
28 Dec 2016 Without a level cap increase, it is unusual for necromancers to get much more than utility or support spells. In Empires of Kunark, only 3 spells are added to the necro spellbook. This is typical for EQ because the desire for new spells has to be balanced with power creep when the level cap remains the same
