12 Apr 2011 could be a trans cooler line. these are lines that run to the radiator that cool the trans fluid with the rad coolant. have a shop check the leak with a dye. that will pinpoint the leak so you can get a bid on the repair. thanks for using repairpal. Roy.

3 Oct 2011 I've seen the shift shaft seal that you're talking about leaking on a lot of manual 9-5 Aeros, I'd highly recommend having a dealer/good indy Saab tech replace it. It's not a fun job.
