I have a 2010 xB with a manual transmission and I will be doing my 90k/100k maintenance this weekend. I've never done anything with a transmission before. Should I just check the level and top it off or do a drain and refill on it? Also what fluid types do you recommend? If I drain it how much will I need to

28 Mar 2009 How often does the transmission fluid need changed? Is Scion as specific about what kind of transmission fluid it needs as Toyota is? I'm a heavy I don't have the owners manual in front of me, but I believe most people will not have the xB long enough to worry about changing the automatic fluid. scion is
11 Apr 2009 The goal is to replace the stock (assumed: mineral oil) transmission fluid with Amsoil synthetic. Amsoil is my personal preference, while synthetic is my maintenance goal.
