So I am Best I can tell is it officially a New Braunfels 1400 Universal Water Smoker. 24 Jul 2007 i just got a new braunfels bandera smoker .i have never smoked meat before and i am not sure how it should be done this saturday i will be smoking one 12lbs brisquit , two slabs of ribs , and 15lbs of chicken .
