Help, I'm trying to remove the necessary bits to replace the windshield cowl. I have the drivers arm off and cannot seem to get the passenger arm mechanism off the drive posts. Do I need to use a battery post puller? Also, how do I remove the bit located underneath the drivers post? There is a metal

BMW E36 Cowling Replacement. I couldn't seem to really find any information on people having a problem with their cowling at the bottom of the windshield. while i was washing my car, i pulled the wiper blade up (not hard), and somehow the wiper arm is bent. Everytime i run the wipers, when it goes back down its curved (it takes the curvature of the winshield) and stays like that. Do i need a new wiper arm? does anybody know how to remove the wiper arm?
