1) If I am on page 22 of the PDF file, I'd like to search for "abc" from that page onwards. When I use Search in FoxIt Reader 5.3 it insists on searching from the first page. As it happens, "abc" appears in the table of contents at the start of the document several dozen times. I can't seem to jump over those
