So I've been eyeing up a few items in the Sims3 store and decided to pay for some Sim Points to get them. They appeared in my Purchase History immediately and I downloaded them and installed them to the game with seemingly no problems. However, when I went to play the game I was unable to find any of the items. Items from The Store download fine, but items from The Exchange do not. Items from The Store are fully supported by EA. Items from The Exchange are user generated. EA cannot guarantee links to Exchange items will always work. Use the Report Item, as pictured below, to let us know there is an issue. So I deleted the store content in the launcher in anticipation of re-downloading it when I hit the next problem: I can't download one stinking thing from The Sims 3 store.
