A deputy superintendent of police (DSP) and his two subordinates are on a mission to hunt down a psychotic serial killer, whose murder patterns and method are always so flawless and ironclad. The investigation leads the trio down the dark paths of the case, where they discover a haunting secret.
A fine thriller with some usual Tamil film tropes inserted in between. But the portrayal of the case in the second half which is inspired by a real incident (how much will these films suck out of that case and that too without giving enough consideration) and the ending where they decide what to disclose to the public is quite despicable.
This film is supposedly based on one of the most mysterious murder cases in the year 2008, "Aarushi Talwar - Hemraj" double murder case. The film crew had done a good job on portraying the plot from a new dimension that actively engages audiences with thrilling CID investigations & actions. Appreciable efforts & good fictional story flow while bring in the real life incident to the core of the film.
