24 Dec 2017 This is my guide to getting 1-99 in all RuneScape 3 (EOC) melee stats including Attack, Strength, and Defence. Getting 99 in attack, strength, and defence will give 99 constitution as well since constitution gains EXP at a third of the rate as the others, so you are effectively killing four birds with three stones!
