Surprisingly good movie. I went into it not knowing anything about it. I wasn't disappointed at all. Good story, good special effects, and good acting. Worth a watch for fans of the genre.
... 7/10... Made do with the budget they had. Didn't put it all on one phase of the film. Well thought out.
This has to be one of the worst movies I have ever seen!!! All the money was spent on CGI the acting was horrible like they ran a Craigslist ad for Actors!!! Save your brain cells from the abuse this movie will cause!!! It's perfect for those that can sit and watch a Game demo that has no interaction with the user stuck on replay!!! If that's your idea of entertainment maybe it's for you??? I don't know what they were thinking when they decided to let this out there??? Sure there are a lot of movies sitting in the reject bin that will never see the light of day this should have been one of them better yet they should have burned all copies of this and anything that was involved in the making of it!! Cameras, harddrives everything!!
Granted, the film might not have turned out much better had Smit stuck with one perspective or the other, but at least it would have had constancy. Instead, it reads strictly as a video game, sans the requisite interactive gratification.
