Combat xp is irrelevant to a 1-120 slayer guide. Additionally, this guy makes the assumption that the player already has extremely high combat stats, overloads etc. That's why his slayer xp/hr estimates are so high. If he wasn't assuming the combat stats were so high, he wouldn't claim such xp rates.
