I don't know why I try to make things right, when you don't even give a shit. I don't know where to go or who to talk to, because you were my only friend, my only confidant. but its too late for that now, you've already gone and destroyed that bond. and because of all the things we've said I hate what I've become, I hate what I've done, I never thought things would go this way, I didn't think our lives would turn away, so far away from what we imagined. just when things seem to be getting better, three more things go wrong. just when I think I've pulled you out of this slump, I watch you tumble right through my arms. I thought you loved me, I thought our feelings were true, but I guess I never should have trusted you. its too late now to muse on such things, so instead I'll just give you back this ring, the one you gave me so long ago, and kiss you goodbye since I'll never see you again..
