I have a gtx 780 twin frozr, along with an i7 4770k, 16 gigs of ram, and a 750 watt psu.I was wondering why gpu boost isn't raising temps at all.

Ps. My graphics card is ASUS GTX 780 and the reason for me wanting to find GPU Boost 2.0 is that I want to tweak the temprature settings :)
Hard to say. I don't know if this will be much help but if you're looking to use GPU Boost 2.0/1.0 to overclock and it's not there or you can't access it, try using MSI's overclocking software to manually overclock your GPU. If you have a 770, then using MSI Afterburner should be no problem for you.
