A Manual for Caldicott Guardians The UKCGC is the definitive national body for Caldicott Guardians, providing best practice, advice and guidance, and a bench-mark for all Caldicott Guardians. The IGA provides a wealth of guidance for both Caldicott Guardians and Senior Information Risk Owners (SIROs).
The Council has agreed its constitution for 2017 to 2020. When making decisions or giving guidance, Caldicott Guardians will often refer to the Caldicott principles, which originate from the Information Governance Review.
