21 Jan 2009 This is a guide for fast leveling through Teldrassil as a Night Elf character. If you're another race, This guide is intended for Night Elf characters only! Everything in this guide .. Hunter: I have leveled up hunters with both Marskmanship and Beastmastery before and I must say that both works very well.
6 Dec 2004 Each has it's own pro's and con's and as such you should choose a race which will fit more to your playing prefference and cosmetic choice (the way you want your hunter to look). As a Hunter you have five choices to choose from. For the Alliance you have Dwarves and Night Elves. For the Horde you have
Kalimdor: Alliance (Night Elves, Draenei, Worgen). This section suggests best leveling routes on Kalimdor for Alliance Characters--it's recommended for Night Elves and Draenei because their starting zones are on this continent. Worgen could work too as they are sent to Kalimdor after their starting zone.
11 Dec 2015 Beast Mastery is great for soloing and leveling. This specialization focuses on your pet and provides several abilities that boost pet damage, but your hunter's shots and ranged damage will be slightly weaker. Marksmanship is great for doing dungeons. Survival is great for doing PvP.
5 May 2017 Most Popular Races. Overall, you will find most Hunters as Night Elves or Humans for the Alliance, and Blood Elves or Orcs for the Horde. You can see the distribution of Hunter in the chart below.
For Arenas, Dwarves are Preferred. For Battlegrounds, both races are good. For world PvP, night elves are probably better. Horde: This one is much simpler. The best race for a horde hunter is Orc. Orcs have 3 racials which benefit hunters superbly: Blood Fury: Provides an attack power boost for 15 seconds every 2 minutes
Night Elf - Shadowmeld is a really nice racial ability for when you're defending bases in BG's so you're able to secure the opener on a enemy player that gets in range of you etc. it has a lot of other great uses and it's a lot of fun to figure out ways to utilize this ability. Night elves has the most base agility on
