grattis! you know Dr.Phil, I need to talk. I have finally realized that I have a problem. Everytime when I`m going to take a crap, I fall asleep and it`s really nasty. Beacause when I´m asleep I allways go to our neighbour and I put a pile of crap in their cats sand box. Please Dr.Phil, help me!

The first thing that you should know is that your issue isn't rare. I know several of peoples that have the same problem.
But when you take a crap, you can have a coffee-maker next to the toilet so you stay sharp and alert during the whole crap. Or you can take French Fries to spare up your eyes with. You just plug them in the eye and your eyelids cant fall down!
And you can, if you want, to change the lockers on your neighbors door.
