13 Dec 2015 This process always relies in the same steps, disabling Wireless, DHCP and NAT, making Arris modem work in bridge mode. First step is to open Arris TG862 web interface at 192.168.0.1. Log in using admin as user, password as password. At LAN Setup tab: Change IP Address to 192.168.1.1 .

13 May 2017 Need to configure Arris tg862g/ct bridge mode with Netgear ac1750 r6400 router. I put the Arris in Bridge mode and connected the arris to the Netgear wan port. Re: Bridge from Comcast Arris TG862G/CT to AC1750 smart router.
Comcast has given us a Arris TG862 and I would like to have it bridge so that the router can handle all port forwarding, but I can not seem to find any way to do this. I have searched and from what I am reading I have to contact Comcast to have this setup, which does not make sense to me. Does anyone
Re: Arris TG862G Bridge Mode. Log into the modem,Go to LAN setup and under Nat section select Bridged. that will grey out all the DHCP then the Firewall tab and unselect “enabled". then turn off wireless, save changes, reset it.
