5 Dec 2006 Seriously. Those crazy design freaks at Monster though contoured the sides just enough and it fits surprisingly well in the hand. 23 May 2011 Debating which one of these I should pick up. Currently I use what I consider to be an entry level Lenovo Mouse/Keyboard () and also am trying out.
Had same problem, and others have as well. It's not the contacts, but the design of the cradle - the contacts on the unit don't even touch the contacts on the cradle. The only way we get ours to charge is to balance something heavy on top of the remote while it's on the cradle to force the contacts to touch.
