Use Berserker's stats as said before, as greatsword (as well as most guardian weapons) are power weapons, and power damage relies on power/precision/ferocity, which is the berserker's stat set. (Pro tip: scepter and sword are good sustained DPS weapons for guard, greatsword has more burst).
