Hi all, a friend is using Vista Home Edition on a HP Laptop and has tried to download Service pack 2, but keeps getting the same message "Failed" We have downloaded the hot fix key and run that, but still no joy. All the other updates are coming down, but not the Sevice Pack 2. Anyone else had this.
