30 Jun 2017 The Sentencing Guidelines Council's Breach of an Anti-social Behaviour Order: Definitive Guidelines (December 2008) state that even where no harassment, alarm or distress was actually caused by the breach and none was intended by the offender, the starting point for sentence is a community order (low).
