The instructions provided are as follows. Remove the dust cap from the tire valve. For Presta valves, unscrew locking nut at the end of the valve. Wipe off any mud or dirt from the outside surface of the valve stem; this ensures the pump's Clever Head will work properly.
16 Jul 2012 i was bought a bike hut track pump for my birthday, i am probably being totally stupid but just can't see how it works with presta valves, it definatley is meant too but I'm just an just read on the we bite its meant to have a "clever valve"to automatically adapt to either, so will have another go in the morning.
