Ben walked through the corridor with a thick folder under his arm. He'd spent day, almost weeks working on it now and he needed to see Kaname about it. So as he got to Kanames office he knocks on the door and waits for an answer.

"Oh? Which one would you say were the best one then?" He tilts his head slightly as he's curious.
He nods some and relax. "Do you wish to keep the folder?"

*eyes widens slight hearing his question, looking a bit surprised by it* Can there really be a best one? But well, I have to say I've always loved a german, a bit less known more gothic opera very much. Der vampyr is it's name. The piece Sinfonia in it has always spoken very clear to me..
Madame Butterlfy also lies close to my heart though.
The humming chours in it is so beautiful.. As you might notice I like the music and not just the songs, a song doesn't always have to have much lyrics to speak to the heart ne? I almost prefer a good orchesta before the opera, but opera is truly beautiful as well~
*nods* Yes please, I'l need it as I fill in the paperwork for it so I get all the detail right

But it's like you say, it's not always the music that's most captivating but the music~ though usually I like the combination when it comes to opera. I always get so amazed by hearing them sing as it's in such a way that it doesn't matter if you understand the words or not as the feeling is universal and it speaks directly to your heart~"
He nods some. "Of course~ I have a copy for myself as well to keep in my own register just in case"

Hmhm, well not many have heard too much of it, and I think it's a pity, it really is a nice opera, and I like the gothic approach, it suits opera so well~ So yes, looking it up sounds like a good idea.
Mm both are really good pieces. Masterworks~ I believe that's why they're so popular worldwide hmhm..
And yes sometimes the music steals the song, but in opera the voices are truly amazing, and the mix of the great music and voices almost unbeatable~
