A young kitzune has just arived to town, he tries to talk to anyone who passes by, always asking the same thing "E-exuse me, where to do find the wolfs? I.. I wish to join their guild..." his ears lowers and he looks insecure at the people who walks past him.

"O-oh.. Then who are you?" he said and tilted his head smiling a little.

I'm called Kuroh and am in raven guild *smiles real faintly and it's almost not even visibal*

"Ah then pleased to meet you!" he bows deeply almost folding himself double in the process.

Ah tae it easy.. no need to be polite with me *scrath the back of his head and looks embarrest away*

"One should always be polite to ones elders." he said and smiled happily, his tail wagging a bit.

*his eyebrows twitches some* oi I'm not that old.. and you can't be so much younger then me

(yea it is.. mybe I confused the names on some other char I don't relly remember much about my own char here cuz I don't use him to much.. but it is the man with long black hair ^w^)

(haha alright, just because he looks to be in his upper teens this guy I see as around 10 years old xDD)

"B-but you look older then me.." he said and blinked confused.

"Well I'm pretty sure you are older then me... And then you should be polite, mommy told me and I want to honour her memorie.." he said and smiled a little.

"H... How old.." he stares suprised at him but then covers his mouth fast ashamed of what he had said "I'm s-sorry.. I just didn't think you were that old.. I... I'm 12..." he said and blinked a few times, hoping he wouldn't get mad.

that old? It's not old young.. wait what only 12? *looks at you frome head o toe* no way!

"B-but compared to me.. Old..." he said and looked down "Yes I am!" he then said, beliving he was accused of lying.

Yea compared to you I am very old.. *thinks some* my gosh you for sure don't look like you're only 12.. I would at least had guessed 17 or 18

"W-what? Even thou I'm this short?" he asked and blinked confused.

I'm not tall either if ya can't see that.. only 159cm

"I-I'm not that tall... I'm hardly 140cm.." he said frowning confused at him.

well ya on ya way to grow~ *smiles*

He nodds and smiles, tail starting to wagg "Hai, I've already grown a lot~"

See I'm very sure you will be real tall~

He giggles stretches looking very proud "Hai me too~!" purrs proud.

*smiles kind* that's good~

He giggles and smiles at him "Ne, what's your name~?" tilts his head

Call me Kuroh *smiles still some*

"Okey~" he smiles and nodds, his tails swaying happy.

and you? *still smiles gently*

"Runt~" he says smiling to then bite his lip slight "Or... I was called Runt, but.. My real name I've forgotten..." he said smiling weak.

oh I see.. well sad to hear really *nods and smiles more faintly this time* but really I can't see why I should call you runt~ you look to cute for that name~

"W-wh-what?" his ears dropps a bit and he blushed deeply

*smiles sime faintly* no don't take it wrong.. I'm not a perv~

"P-perv?" the blush fades from his cheeks and he looks confused instead "W-what's that?"

oh no.. u just didn't ask that now right? *seems very suprised but then slap his head hard* oh gosh I forgot u were still pretty young ofcourse u don't know what that does mean I'm sorry

He looks even more confused, tilting his head as if it would help him understand more "I... I don't understand..."

ah never mind what I told you before.. the fact is still that you're cute~

"I.. I don't feel cute..." he said still as confused, looking at him and tilting his head to the other side.

He tilts his head and looks up at him "Why did you sound so sad now?"

sad? *titls his head slight*

"When you laughed, it was empty." his ears strokes back a little.

oh I'm sorry little one.. but there is actully like this... I can't feel happiness which result to that it turns kinda out to be empty sometimes

"C-can't?" he looked very sad all of a sudden, letting out a small whimper.

why so sad little one?

"Because you can't be happy.."

I might be able to be but I have yet to see it little one.. right now I can't be happy cuz I got nothing to be happy about

"I don't like it." he said and his ears lowerd, if possible, even more.

Really? How come?

"I don't want you to be unhappy... And I don't like people feeling that bad." he said looking sad.

But I'm used to live like this little cute one *he tries to smile calming*

"Then it's even worse!"

"B-because... Bec-cause.. It just is! No one should have to be used to not being happy!"

"Mmh..." he looks down and lets out a deep sigh.

"I still do.. I can't just decide what I feel..." he lets out a small sob and rubs his eyes to keep the tears away.

Poor thing.. *kuroh doesn't really know how to act*

He looks up at Kuroh with teary eyes, looking slightly confused.

*he wips away some terdrops* so so don't cry over me now

Runt only has to blink for more tears to fall and he lets out a sob "Nnh.. B-but..."

*hugs gently* but?

"C-can't stop..."

Someting more that makes you sad?

"I-I told you already.."

*thinks hard*

He shakes his head.

The boy looks up at him with big eyes not seeming to comprehend that this person was standing infront of himself "Y-your... Youre..." he smiles and nodds as an anwser to the question if he wishes to become a wolf "H-hai very much... Please.. Um Sir..." he said and bowed deep and sudden to then look at Garaus hand and take it, his own hands looking even smaller in Garaus.
"Pleased to meet you S-sir, I'm usually called Runt by my family because I was the runt in the litter.." he said and smiled, but still looked a bit insecure.

*Grins slight as he hears him talk since the young kitzune almost looked and sounded like one who had ran into his idol, something Garau would never see himself as to anyone.
The grin became the gentle smile again as he said yes to wanting to become a wolf to then bow deep, noticing and taking his hand. Graru shook it lightly yet firm since it looked so small and fragile in his* Nice to meet you too~ They just called you Runt? No actual name? Or you see yourself as Runt?
*tilts his head a bit* Well I'm sure you could become a wolf with some training~ Wish us to go talk to Victor about it? I'm sure he'd welcome a new guild member, even such a young one.

"D-daddy spoke of you... S-said many good things about old times.." his ears folded back a little and his eyes were filled of admiration and respect, not as shallow as you would feel for an idol thou. He smiled back and to then nodd "I have a name but.. They always called me Runt.. I don't remember my name anymore..." he said a little embarrassed.
But as Garau asked if he wanted to talk to Victor he nodded fast and smiled happy "H-hai!"

*He pulled his eyebrows together a bit as runt mentioned his father, first not understanding the relevance, but then smiles as he understood it better* Ah, I see.. Seems like I've built myself a reliable name then hmhm~ And if my question doesn't bother you then may I ask where your father is? Did your family let you go to the city all alone?*he asked and then listened as Runt spoke of his name and nodded* Hmm, okay.. Maybe we should re-name you then~*smiles gently and it became much wider as he saw Runt's enthusiasm as he asked if they should go talk to Victor* Very well then, come with me~ *he made sure Runt was with him and started to lead him back towards the wolves headquaters*

Runts enthusiasm quieted down a bit when he saw Garau pull his eyebrows together at the mentioning of his father, almost making him protective about his precious father.. But it it all returned when he saw the smile on the older mans face, nodding fast and his tail sways happily to confirm that Garau indeed had a reliable name.
Thou at the mentioning of his father his ears dropped and his head dropped and a small whimper escaped him as he shook his head "D-dad and my family.. The whole pack... They are dead.. Got killed." he said and wraped his arms around himself "I... I want to join the w-wolfs so I can become strong, find a new h-home.. Then I can help s-so it doesn't happen to anyone e-else." he said but then steadied his voice, it didn't look good to start crying the first thing he did, and it wouldn't help anyone.
"R-re-name? Maybe..." he said still no where near happy but it got pretty close as Garau said he would take Runt to see Victor. He bowed deeply "Thank you very much" he said and smiled, walking with him, but slightly behind, even if he would have wanted to go close to everywhere, there were so many new things and people, how anyone just could walk by was a mystery to him!

*The smile widened a bit as he saw the tail sway happily, but he tilted his head a bit as he saw the tail and ears drop, hearing the small whimper. As he heard what Runt said about his family and pack his eyes widened a bit and he looked geunuinely sorry, and he kept listening as Runt explained that's why the wanted to join the wolves, so he could become strong and keep others safe* Hmm, I'm very sad to hear so, but then you've definintely came to the right guild. Well teach you to become both strong and wise so you can help keeping the kingdom and everyone in it safe, and the best part about being a wolf, you're never alone unless you choose to~*smiles.
He looked at him softly as he said maybe to renaming him,and nodded* Well we'll see about that later ne? But Runt will be just fine since you'll be our youngest wolf if I remember right~
*He bowed his head a bit as he bowed and replied "You're welcome~" in a genlte voice, keeping a slight eye on Runt as they walked towards the wolves headquaters through town, chuckling low at the expolring look Runt looked around with as they walked* Is it your first time being in town Runt?*he asked with a lightly raised eyebrow*

Runt looked down, only glancing up at Garau, seeing his expression gave some relif but not much... He nodded slowly and a small smile hinted "Thank you.. Thou my dad used to say being sorry is for when your alone, when with others you should make the best of the situation instead..." he said seeming very fond of the expression.
He nodds hearing Garau speak of what he can acomplish with the wolfs and the smile he hinted grows more visible "Hai, I have heard so.. Dad would have wanted to become a wolf but he couldn't since he saw his family as more important to be around, but we were all raised with those ideals~" he said and now smiled proudly.
Runt nods as Garau speaks of the renaming and tilts his head hearing he is the youngest one they have so far, not sure if it's good or bad.. But not wanting to seem stupid he didn't ask.
Runt lost himself in the scents and sounds of the city, turning his head fast from side to side not to miss a thing so when Garau asked him he flinched suprised to then nodd fast "H-hai, father Dad and my oldest brothers, and some others from the pack used to come here for the markets, but.. I was to young to go... He said I could come when I got older thou" he smiled a little but only having known his family his thoughts very much revolved around them and now when they were gone most things hurt.

Hmhm well I think he made the right choice~ When having a family it's not good to be away from them too much. I wish my dad had spent more time with me when I was young, but I accepted it all since my dad way my hero. Protecting the kingdom and everyone within and around it~ I'd say I've become a bit like him though, working too much to be able to really have a family at the moment,but atleast I'm notmaking anyone wait for me at home when I'm all at the time*gives Runt a slightly crooked smile* And I'm very happy he raised you with good ideals~
*he swollowed a chuckle as he Runt flinch hearing his question to then give him an understanding look, but tried to cheer runt up by not talking too much abouthis family since that seemed to make him sad* I see, then I understand that there's a lot to look and smell here, but don't let it get to your head too much. You'll get used to it in time~ I've lived here all my life. Born in the city, but loves the nature~That's partually why I wished to join the guild. Get to come out into the nature, and see the villages outside the city walls. Meet the people, make them feel welcome to come to town when needed, knowing all guild members would welcome them, and do their bestto try to help and protect them when being in need.

Runts tails wagged but he soon tilted his head a little confused "I.. I don't see the difference..." he replied, not daring/wanting to say more and risk insulting or challenging someone higher up in the hirachy then himself. But he looked proud as he got conufirmed that his dad was right.
Hearing Garau speak of their fathers his smile widend, both with pride of the praise his father recived and happiness, he had never dared to dream of hearing such personal things from Garau! "M-my dad was my hero too~ He didn't save the kingdom but he did help with whatever he could and dad was a kind fair pack leader~" he sounded both proud and admiring to then look a little confused once more "You don't? B-but what about the guild? Arent they your family?" he asked while tilting his head.
Runt looked a little embarrassed when hearing Garau chuckle but he soon smiled again and had to focus not to loose himself again.
He nodded eagerly to agree with Garau, hoping he indeed would get used to this, but for now it was all so exiting. But hearing what Garau said next suprised him and so he turned to him "You were born here?" he noded understanding as Garau explained why he wanted to be in the guild but had no idea of what to anwser...
As they step inside Runts eyes widens and he looks around with admiration and amazement unable to speak for a few seconds he takes it all in and his tails just wagg faster "H-hai, it's.. It's soo cool~" he says before suddenly bursting into blue flames and instead of the boy his tiny animal shape stands on the ground, it was small enough for Garau to hold in one of his hands. He steped on the spot having to restrain himself from not running everywhere to explore.

Well, wehn being sad you're just sad.. When you're sorry it implies guilt somehow towards someone or something.. That's the biggest difference.*smiles gently towards him, and has to keep from laughing seeing how excited runt seemed to become over such small things, keeping the smile as Runt told more about his own father* Well that sounds good. Sounds like he was a good man then~
*He tipped his head some hearing Runt's question and thought a second of how to answer the best* Ofcorse the guild is my family in a way, but you know.. A family of my own. A partner and children? There hasn't been time for that yet, but hopefully it'll come in time*smiles warm, and it widens slight seeing Runt's embarrassed expression as he chuckled, just grinning and shaking his head faintly seeing Runt so absorbed in his surroundings.

He nodded slow as he heard Run'ts question* Yes, born and raised in Bastille, so I know every nook and cranny of this place as the inside of my pocket. The wolf-tower is my second home, nature being my first, the place I have in town being my third. I'm very rarely there unless needed.
*watches him amused as they head into the wolf-tower, grinning slight hearing Runt call it cool and can't help but to laugh slight seeing him get so excited he transformed to then step on the spot not to run around, gently picking him up even if there was close to no one there since they were out on rounds* Come here pup, time to meet the boss~

Runt listened carefully taking in every word as if Garau was explaining the meaning of life... When Garau had finished he lit up and smiled widely "I-I understand!" he looked thrilled at the fact and both tails started wagging.
Runt looks back at Garau as he speaks, looking at his face, but without meeting the eyes to show respect, but his chest pushed out a little with pride as Garau praised his father.
Runt tilted his head a bit confused at first but at the mentioning of a partner and children he nodded to show he understood "Garau-san should make time for it~"

Runt listended as intense as before nodding to show that he understood "At home... Those three were the same~ It was the best place in the world~" he said with a happy smile but blinkes suprised as Garau picked him up... But he soon cuddled against his hand thou his eyes widend hearing they would meet the boss "H-hai..." his ears flipped back and then forword once more as he grew nervous but the exitement was still as strong.
Hearing Garau call for the leader his tails started to wagg once more...

Victor was sitting in his office, mumbling as he corrected papers and such.
When he heard a knock at the door, he looked up from his papers and sighed slightly. "Yes?"

Hmhm, well it's very good if you understand~*looks slightly amused by Runt's bright enthusiasm.
He smiles a bit seeing Runt "chest up" in pride over the praise of his father, and nodded hearing Runt's reply about family*

*smiles warm* That sounds very nice, I wish we had more nature inside the city-walls then we do.. *chuckles soft at his surprise by getting picked up but the smile returns as he cuddles against his hand, petting him softly seeing his reactions* Don't be nervous, Victor is very kind~

*smiles some hearing the reply from the other side of the door, opening the door slowly* Pardon my intrusion, I understand that you're very busy, but we have someone here who wishes to join us*gently holds out Runt a bit* I believe he'd become one of our youngest guild-members if you find him suiting

Runt nodds enthusiastic as he heard Garaus anwser, still smiling, and it only seemed to grow wider as he heard Garau would get a family.
"That would be sooo nice~" he said and his tails waggs still. And when hearing the reassuring words he looked a little calmer.

Runt twisted and tried to see as soon as Garau started to open the door, but seeing Victor he looked quite suprised... He looked at Garau as he was held out and then back to Victor, bowing his head politely.

Victor smiled faint and nodded. He then set his eyes on Runt, observing him slightly. "Hmm...You do look young. May I ask how old you are?"

"I-I am young S-sir. But I'm a fast learner! I... I can hunt a little and..." he stopped himself, he looked at Victor, but not in the eyes as he had been taught it was a VERY disrespectful thing to do "I'm 12 but... I'll be 13 soon."

Victor noticed and kind of disliked it, but simply sunk his head down into the desk and met Runt's eyes. "Mm, I see. There's no need to be nervous, I'll take you in. I'm interested in what you can do, and I'm sure the others would love to work with you. I trust you'll do your best, hm?" he said with a smile.

Runt quickly averted his eyes as Victor tried to get eyecontact, he looked both insecure and worried at the gesture... To him, as he had been raised as most wolfs would be in the wild, taking eyecontact with someone higher ranked then him was a challange and he did NOT want a fight.
To Runt words were always less meaningful then body language since words could lie, the body rarely did "T-thank you Sir..." he said even more nervous now, despite Victors words "I will always do my best." he carried pride in his voice as he said it.

*nods* Yes, it would after I've found the right person*smiles softly and it widened slight seeing Runt calm some at his words.

He kept quiet and let Victor and Runt talk since this was more their conversation then his, but he kept a light smile on his lips, both to reassure Runt and since he had no objections to what he was hearing, a bit proud over Runt handling it well even if he seemed a bit nervous*

Victor smiled and nodded. "Great."

Runt glanced back at Garau as he wasn't fully sure of what Victor wanted from him but he snapped back to looking at Victor as soon as he spoke, thou still not meeting his eyes.
He wagged his tail slightly and tilted his head "W-what now?"

"Well, we'll need you fill in a members application..." Victor mumbled slightly as he looked through his papers, and eventually found the form and put it on the desk, facing Runt, and put a pencil there as well. "You could fill it in right now or take it home and give it to me tomorrow."

Runt jumped down from Garaus hand, and as he landed a young boy stood before Victor instead, thou still with the two tails and the ears out "I... I don't have a home so with your premision, Sir, I.. I would love to fill them out at once..." he said and bowed his head politely.

Victor nodded with a faint smile. "Of course, go on and fill them out."

Runt frowned as he looked down at the paper... He filled in all fields but his name.

Victor had put away papers meanwhile, but as he was done with that and noticed that Runt stopped writing, he glanced at the paper.

*Garau smiled a bit as Runt looked at him, and once more as he jumped down and switched shape, moving his arms to rest by his sides instead, watching as runt filled him the papers, tipping his head softly as Runt stopped writing, wondering if he was done, but if didn't feel so since he hadn't handed over the paper to Victor yet* Anything wrong?

Runts ears lowerd and he looked back at Garau "I... I don't know what to put in the name field... I've always been called Runt but.. It's not my propper name... I can't remember what it is thou." he looked ashamed and almost guilty.

Well you could always write Runt now and we can change it if you remember your true name right?*smile softly*

"Dad said you shouldn't lie so... I.. I just didn't want to do something wrong..." his ears lowerd but he filled in his name smiling a little at Garau to then push the paper towords Victor.

Victor smiled faint and looked through the paper, nodding as he had finished reading. "Yes, this'll be alright. Now I'll just have to give you a bracelet, then you're an official member."

Runts eyes lit up and he almost seemed to get a little teary eyed... His tails started wagging furiously and he barely seemed able to stand still while waiting for the bracelet.
Runt bows deep and polite "T-thank you, thank you so much!"

Victor chuckled slightly and smiled before reaching for a box with the bracelets in it, and got one for him. "Reach out your right arm for me."

Runt quickly did as asked, holding his arm out "L-like this?"

Victor nodded, then put the bracelet on Runt's wrist, and finally mumbled a short spell. ".....There you have it. You're now an official member." he said with a faint smile.

Runt jumped high letting out a high pitched squeel of pure joy, he was about to hug Victor but keept from doing so and instead he bowed once more "Thank you Sir... I will do my best not to disapoint you."

Victor nodded. "I'm looking forward to working with you."

Runt smiled widely, looking down at the bracelet, and as he saw it he stretched up, looking proud.

*smiles back at him encouraging as he passes the note to Victor and then watches the bracelet ceremony, chuckling low at Runt's enthusiasm, smiling when it was all done*

Runt turned fast towords Garau and his tails wagged even more "Thank you Garau-sama~" he said but hearing the last words he tears up looking like he's happy enough to die.
