In normal time mode, Hold L2 for 2 seconds to alarm time set mode, then L2 again to normal time set mode, the second digits begin flashing. Press R2 to reset the seconds to “00", press R1 to switch to the minute digits. Press R2 to advance the minutes. Press R1 to switch to the hour digits.

Use the S button on the lower right to cycle through the minute, hour, date, month, and day of the week, and use the D button on the upper right to change those things. Push the M button one more time to get back to normal operation. To set the alarm: Setting the alarm is the same as setting the watch.

Press the Real-Time/Mode Button (part C) two times. 2. Press the Start/Stop Button (part A) to select the Alarm/Chime. Press the Reset Button (part B) to adjust the alarm hour, and press the Start/Stop Button (part A) to adjust the alarm minute.
