Most doors will stay locked, and there is no spell to unlocked them or an ability to lockpick them either. If there is a door that is part of a story mission or a side quest then once you kill the npc that is holding the key you will loot there corpse for the key. Gotcha, thanks. 20 Jan 2015 You'll receive a key when you defeat him, which you can use on the door that you passed a moment earlier. Defeat any straggler soldiers, then backtrack to the locked door and use the key.
