30 Jun 2014 I also have the spirit stone that allows me to have permanent Zephyr with my 65% CDR. I am wondering if it would be possible to get the program to just constantly spam my first 4 abilities while holding down tempest rush for both movement and combat. Fail build why would u want 13% dmg per sec (it's like a weak dot) when you can get 24% dmg on everything (cyclone, tempest) especially when ur dps intervals are faster than 1sec. Also breathe= high base dmg and permanent buff when refreshed. Also use conviction mantra again for burst dmg on big mobs or elites.

Vengeful Wind: more stacks="more" damage on explosions (4 set bonus) which means 10000% weapon damage

So, I am building a Permanent Tempest Rush Monk. All the damage must come from this attack, obviously with Sweeping Wind. Base concepts and necessary gear: Gear you can't live without: Madstone - 2+ spirit regen. Stone of Jordan - 2+ spirit regen, Tempest Rush increased critical hit chance 2 handed
PS: I believe this is highest Tempest Rush clear in the world as well ;) I tried to do 83, but it's pretty damn fishy for my low paragon and lvl75 augments. I believe high Because the very EASIEST highest damage Tempest Rush build is Perma-Epiphany/ASCENDANCE with Tempest Rush/ELECTRIC FIELD. The Lightning
