After i reinstalled widndows, my xbox one controller won't install properly.. All i get is this I have tried to install it's drivers manually but still i get that

The newly released Xbox One controller drivers are not installing properly on my PC. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and I'm trying to install the official 64bit driver from here, majornel I'd try to uninstall in the device manager manually and then restart, install the right driver and try again.
