CAUTION: INCORRECT INSTALLATION OF A MANUAL CAM CHAIN TENSIONER MAY RESULT IN SEVERE ENGINE DAMAGE. IF YOU ARE NOT CERTAIN HOW TO INSTALL THE CAM CHAIN TENSIONER THEN IT IS ADVISED THAT IT BE INSTALLED BY A SHOP WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH THIS PROCESS.

This single part has probably saved more Hayabusa motors from serious damage than any other part. Racers know that you can not trust high-performance motors to automatic cam chain adjusters. Easy to install, the manual tensioner can not back out allowing the cam chain to jump the sprockets as the auto adjusters have
Who has installed one of these in their k5/k6 and can offer some tips It seems pretty easy take out the old pop in the new. Tighten till there is.
