We have arrived in chengdu, baby!
We stayed at Mix hostel, a hostel we recommend to anyone going to Chengdu :)

Not so big actually.. but since Mao statues seem to be restricted to China, and portraits are far more common than statues, I guess it's not so difficult to be the biggest.

I love Chengdu. Everyone's so relaxed, not at all like the south which can seem quite stressful at times. And the teahouses are nice. Old and young meet to drink tea and play mahjong or cards. It's gr
