Im assuming this is a settings issue? here is my bios settings as of now, sorry I dont have a screenshot to help. Hi guys, First time post here, I do understand a little about overclocking, I spoke to a friend who helped me choose this specific set up so I could overclock. For the Motherboard : Asus P5K-Pro CPU : Intel I've checked out all the settings in the BIOS and to be honest, some I have no idea what they are!

My third Intel cpu and as I always do, it's time to overclock. I have the Q9650 (upgraded from Q6600) and have tried some stock settings from my Q6600 set up but I'm having issues.
