2) The Martin did not come with any kind of Manual, USB wire, CD for the Fishman Ellipse Aura . I found the pdf manual online and also see the DL links on the fishman site for the sw and Gallery CD, but there is a login ID required. Is this available to Martin owners too? (I hope so).
