Usual base steps
1. Right foot backward, the toes touch the ground
2. Right foot forward in the air
3. Right foot forward in the air
4. Left foot forward in the air
5. Left foot backward
- Start over from 1 -
Half Twist
1. Right foot forward in the air
2. Right foot forward in the air
3. Left foot forward in the air, at the same time as the right foot twists 90° at right on the ground
4. Twist the right foot 90° more with a leap, at the sime time as the left foot is put down north east from the right foot (Now the feets pointing 180° from where they started)
Full Twist 1. Right foot forward in the air
2. Right foot forward in the air
3. Left foot forward in the air, at the same time as the right foot twists 90° at right on the ground
4. Twist the right foot 90° more with a leap, at the sime time as the left foot is put down north east from the right foot (Now the feets pointing 180° from where they started)
5. Twist the left foot 180° at right on the ground and take the right foot in the air
