14 Feb 2011 If you really wanted to convert your hubs you would have to change your front axle along with steering knuckles, tie rods and pretty much your whole front end. When I got mine I just popped off the old hubs and slid the new ones on and I was done. Now a manual transfer case requires quite a bit of work.

Nope. I thought about making something to convert my old case, but I found a manual 1354 case for an awesome price. It would take an awful lot to make something durable and reliable. The biggest challenge is the fact that the shift shaft is on the back of the case.
