This article introduces two efficient ways to rotate and save PDF, change PDF orientation to help people deal with the PDF file for personal usage. One is using Adobe Acrobat and the other is using PDFMate Free PDF Merger.

This can most likely be changed in the printer preferences. Click File > Print , then click Preferences in the printing dialog. That opens a printer-specific configuration dialog. You should be able to change the page orientation there.
Open your file that you want rotated (even if it is 1000 pages all in the wrong direction). Go to Document/Rotate Pages or use Ctrl+Shift+R and this opens your rotation menu. You have several rotation options to rotate single pages, all pages, or a selection of pages. Choose what you need and select OK to proceed.
With a PDF file, that's a different situation. If you have Adobe Acrobat (and if you are printing to the Adobe PDF printer, you will have Acrobat), you can rotate these pages back to their "normal" orientation. Just open the file and then select Tools>Pages>Rotate to rotate al pages by 180 degrees.
