Here are two products that do PDF crop: PDF-XChange Viewer Commercial with trial. PDFill PDF Tools Completely free. I haven't used them, so do not know if they do crop all the pages at once.
Online PDF crop tool. Free and easy to use online tool for visual PDF document cropping / changing canvas size. You can crop the PDF to a selected area or choose Auto-crop option, to try and remove all margins automatically. You can also use this tool to increase visible margins, for example to add space for annotations,
26 Apr 2013 Download PDFCrop for free. PDFCrop crops the white margins of PDF pages and rescales them to fit a standard size sheet of paper. It makes printed pages much easier to read.
Check out PDF manipulation tips, Part 1. I haven't used this functionality before myself, but ghostscript can apparently handle this from the command line with: gswin32c.exe -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -dMaxSubsetPct=100 -dPDFSETTINGS=/ebook -sOutputFile="outfile.pdf" -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH "infile.pdf".

I downloaded the pdfrcrop.pl file but the documentation for windows was pretty blurry to me. I have been able to run perl pdfcrop.pl and now I have : MikTexmiktexbinx64pdfcrop.exe; MikTexscripspdfcroppdfcrop.pl; MikTextexlatexscripspdfcroppdfcrop.pl. When I type in the command prompt: pdfcrop
How do get PDFCrop? Easy. You download it from SourceForge. How do I install PDFCrop? PDFCrop depends on ghostscript and PDFedit. Assuming that you have already installed these packages, then simply make sure the file "pdfcrop" is executable (i.e.: chmod 755 pdfcrop) and copy it to a directory in your $PATH.

On Windows you may need to explicitly put the Python distribution's Scripts directory into your environment PATH in order to avoid having to use the full pathname. To diagnose unexpected crops, try running with the -v verbose argument.
