22 Mar 2006 I will be installing (attempting to) a B&M shift improver kit to my Turbo 350 this weekend. I already have the kit and starting reading the instructions. It looks very doable but not a piece of cake. It can easily be screwed up if one is not careful, methodical, organized, and documented with sketches and photos.

I certainly don't think anyone will try to create a kit of their own using this information. The instructions are pretty good. I was lucky enough to get a copy of a TH350 Maintenance book from my local library (I'll list the title once I find it). It was a very helpful reference to have in addition to the instructions. What all is required to install a B&M shift improvement kit on a th350? I just bought a new truck that had a bad tranny in it. I'm trading a th400 i had on my old truck for a fairly fresh rebuilt th350. I'm hoping to install a B&M shift kit as I read they extend transmission life and are actually better for the tranny.
