21 Oct 2009 I use iframes to display PDF's on a page in specific areas and dimensions of a page. I have an iframe that's 650px wide by 220px high to display a Terms & Conditions PDF. It seems by default the PDF will open to fit the height of the iframe, which is only 220px so it's a very tiny document. I can then increase
You can think of an IFRAME as a hole cut into your page with another page (or, in your case, a PDF file) dropped into the hole. The code inserts an IFRAME into the page - you should swap your PDF's url into the src=". You will need to experiment with the padding-bottom 120% value to get a good fit.
27 Feb 2014 One of these is the good ol' `iframe`, which you may need to use when embedding content from external sources such as YouTube. 2 Jan 2010 The script below attempts to fix that by dynamically resizing the iframe to fit the content it loads. <script type='text/javascript' . The problem I've found is that, when the .load function, the PDF hasn't been rendered to the iframe yet, so the “current" height is something like 150px (default maybe). Any ideas?
22 Jan 2009 Hi to all, I am using iframe to show the pdf document in my page.Zoom of the pdf is always 100% .i want to change default zoom to 50%. how can i do this. thanks.
Whenever I load a PDF document in Windows Chrome its zoom setting is 100% -- as I have a big monitor, I prefer it to be "fit to width". It always requires two clicks for every PDF page I view to get it to that setting. It's starting to be annoying to click this each time. The zoom defaults "stick" for other web pages
