So I have looked everywhere for this stupid Crow in the area, I've checked out numerous guides, the bird just isn't there, I've even tried to shoot every crow that I see but none of them are glowing green or completes the mission when I kill it. All the birds in the area glow yellow. I'm fairly certain this one is

Did anyone do the side mission where you have to find a carrier bird in that soviet installation area? How do you get it? I been here for a long time and I don't see any bird different than usual.
