Several years passed, Ami had become more darker with the years, he was walking along the hallways, had changed his clothing, he had long pants, like Ulquiorra’s, his shirt was a bit longer, thou showing his belly, nothing else was changed, he had his hands in to his pockets, he went out from the castle, then suddenly Ulquiorra landed on the ground, he was changed, had a long tail and two big wings, he had horns instead for his mask, he stood up, he had become taller too, he looks up at the roof, there was a man Ami had seen a few years ago, it was the half man half hollow, he looks down at them, then Uryuu stood there, thou Ami didn’t care, he looks back at Ulquiorra, then ichigo attacked, it was a long and exhausting battle, Ulquiorra was beaten up quite good, just as ichigo was going to strike him with his cero, Ami implanted him with his horn, lifted him up like that, then tosses him away, Ulquiorra looks at him, then got up, blood ran down the horn and face on Ami, ichigo got up, Ami then grabs his horn, a white light came around him, he got a black horse-body, a huge sword from the horn in his hand and a “mane" from his head down his back, he gets a shield on his free arm, he points the sword towards ichigo, he looks at him, Ulquiorra looks at him as well, then he attacked Ami, he blocked the strike, thou he got kicked away, then Ulquiorra got attacked, everything went so fast, a enormous light was seen, Ami covered his eyes, then everything calmed down, there stood ichigo, looking at Ulquiorra, the mask was falling to the ground, Ulquiorra looks at ichigo, then looks over at Ami, who stood up
- Ulquiorra? He asked, worried, then came back to himself, looks at him, Ulquiorra looks back at him, his wings then started to fait away, Amis eyes widen, they looks at each other, then a tear fell from Amis eye, Ulquiorra looks at him
- Now I see…his heart…was always in my…hands… Ulquiorra thought, then reached out a hand towards Ami, thou as he was about to grab Ulquiorra’s hand, it became dust, Ami sheds more tears, then Ulquiorra closed his eyes, he disappeared in the wind, ichigo and Ishida disappeared, Ami came to his knees, drops his sword
- If I just…had tried…he thought, lowered his head, then held around himself, saw a piece of Ulquiorra’s mask, he picks it up, stands up, then looks around there, everyone was dead, he looks at the mask-piece, then walks back to the castle, in to his own room, packed a few things, thou as he turned, he got implanted by a glowing arrow, his mask cracked, fell to the ground, he looks at the door, there stood Ishida, holding the bow, Amis blue eyes then got dark and lifeless, another shape then was seen where Ishida stood, it was Ulquiorra, Ami smiles a bit, Ulquiorra reaches out his hand, Ami reaches for it, but cant reach, tears steams down his cheeks, his eyes closes and he falls to the ground… Ami dies, no one would ever get to know the feelings he had for a silent man with beautiful green eyes and black hair….
