Hello,. I'm trying to print individual pages of my indesign document to pdf. There are 3 different pages that I'm trying to "print"..the images on ALL of them, initially, were blurry. When I selected the images on the first page and hit the f8 key, it showed that the actual resolution was 300 and the effective
PDF files contain both text and pictures and retain the same formatting on multiple different readers. However, some PDFs come out blurry or low in quality, even when the source file looks fine. Even if you start with good quality images and text, the final PDF file may look blurry
If I convert to PDF (using the free version), the images are very noisy, and are slightly smaller in size than they are in the Word doc. Re: Poor JPG image quality in Primo PDF output. Give CutePDF a You can drop the photos in, but once in, it's hard to get them back out without looking blurry, etc. Not very
I'm experiencing difficult saving a multi-page InDesign document as a PDF. If you are exporting as an Interactive PDF, you can set Image Handling to lossless compression, High or Maximum JPEG Quality, and 144 or 300 ppi resolution. I tried exporting the InDesign document as a PDF

Submitted a PDF for reveiw, it got flagged hthet for images being below 200 DPI, causing them to be blurry. I checked the properties of my most tend to default to 8.5 x 11. Although Acrobat is the gold standard (read, also, $$$), many of the free programs, doPDF, primoPDF, PDF995, etc., do a good job.
If you go to "Print" from Word, and select PrimoPDF as your printer, it should fix this issue. I was having the same problem, no matter what settings I had, when I would drag to convert, the pictures would come out blurry and pixelated. Converting it from the "Print" option in Word converts it correctly.
9 Nov 2011 Your problem is not related to PDF conversion but to image resolution. Word and the like process the image through an anti-aliasing filter before displaying it on the screen. It looks good in Word, although a bit blurry (if you zoom in). This antialiasing thing is a plague in nowadays software: it is meant to the screen, not to the
