You can use one of three methods to see a PDF document's list of comments: Click the Comments tab along the bottom left side of the document window in the Navigation panel. Choose Comment>Show Comments List. Choose View>Navigation Panels>Comments.
I use the comment tools to draw on pdf files all the time. It doesn't work anymore with XI. Now I can only see one line at a time. How can I make all.
15 Nov 2017 View comments. The Comments list appears in the right pane of the document window. Open the Comments list. Expand the Comments list. You can expand the Comments pane for better readability of the long comments. Sort comments.

To view and print comments and feedback in a pdf file open it in Adobe Reader. Recently send a PDF file to a friend for editing. He added several comment boxes with his thoughts in them and sent the file back. When I open adobe to view the comments I am not able to see them. I can see where he added the boxes, but not his comments. How will I be able to view this information?
