När jag blickar över Götet och jag ser hennes skönhet då minns jag historien som spelats upp här, Alla målen och segrar och gulden vi tagit, i dom vackraste färjer som finns, o vi älskar vårat blåvitt och dom likaså nej man inte annat än njuta, I vårt hjärta det bankar en sång utav känslor för staden som är vit och blå, vi minns våra hjältar, vi kan vår historia vi satte vår prägel på hela Europa, Det mesta har vi vunnit o mer ska det bli, i staden som älskar sitt blåvitt.
