4 Jul 2015 There is no "meant to". Moral claims are subjective, i.e. they vary from person to person, and they cannot be proven. You will get a maximum of wealth from your merchants if you keep them alive, maximise their skill points, take-over the merchants of rival factions and stand on the highest paying resources.
