5 Jun 2012 I personally like to us a pellon paper-backed product called Wonder Under. It is an excellent fusible web that works for just about any type of fabric for making appliques on wearable or home decor projects. Wonder Under will come will good directions on how to use it but here are a couple of hints to help
It bonds fabric to fabric or any porous surface like wood and cardboard. Acid-Free 100% Polyester. 17? by-the-yard width. Packaged size: 15? x 2yds. Paper-backed fusible web. Machine wash warm. Tumble dry low or dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.

There are several brands of fusible web–Wonder Under and Steam-a-Seam being the most well-known. Make sure you read the instructions that came with your product. Although you can use fusible web for hems and protected seams without sewing, you should sew raw edges with a stitch that will prevent fraying.
